How escrow works
This is the most important thing about our platform. Read this.
When you pay for a service, your money does not go to the expert. It goes to Razorpay — a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.
The expert gets paid only when one of these happens:
1. You approve the work as done.
2. You don’t respond within 5 days of delivery (auto-release).
3. A dispute is resolved in the expert’s favor.
If the expert doesn’t deliver, delivers garbage, or disappears — you open a dispute and get your money back. That’s the whole point.
How we verify experts
Nobody gets on this platform by filling a form. Every expert is checked.
Government ID
Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Passport. Must match their profile. No anonymous sellers.
PAN & Bank verified
Real PAN card. Real bank account. Verified before they can receive a single rupee.
Portfolio reviewed
Past work checked for quality. If it's not good enough, they don't get in.
Human approval
A person — not an algorithm — reviews every application. We reject more than we accept.
Phone & email verified
OTP on both. No burner accounts.
Ongoing accountability
Bad reviews and missed deadlines drop your tier. Consistent problems get you removed.
Buyer guarantees
Money-back if they don't deliver
Expert disappeared? Missed the deadline? Delivered something unusable? Full refund. No argument.
Revisions included
Most services include free revisions. If it's not quite right, ask for changes before you approve.
Fair dispute resolution
Can't agree with the expert? Our admin team reviews the evidence and decides. Within 3–5 days.
