How escrow keeps both sides safe
If you’re buying
Your money doesn’t go to the expert. It goes to Razorpay — a licensed payment processor under RBI. The expert only gets paid when you approve the work.
Something went wrong? Request a revision, open a dispute, or get a full refund. Our team reviews every case.
If you’re selling
You know the money is there before you start working. No “client disappeared” stories. No bounced checks. No broken promises.
And if the buyer goes silent after you deliver? The system releases payment to you after 5 days. Automatically.
Common questions
What does it cost?
Buyers pay zero platform fees — just the service price. Experts pay 15% commission on completed orders. Founding experts pay 0% for the first 3 months.
What payment methods work?
Everything through Razorpay: UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), cards, net banking, digital wallets.
What if the expert doesn’t deliver?
Open a dispute. If it’s the expert’s fault, you get a full refund. We don’t make you fight for your money.
How fast is delivery?
Depends on the service. Most are 24–72 hours. Every listing shows the exact delivery time before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if the expert fails to deliver, delivers poor work, or if you win a dispute. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
